Previously, all presentations were organized in one large section.  However, through the years, as our Monthly Provider Training Sessions became more robust and better organized, it seemed useful to place then in a separate section.  This will allow others to find the subject they are most interested in and also to see where SETMA is focusing its training efforts. 

Few things, SETMA does is as valuable as is the closing of our offices for one-half day each month of the year for training and review.  These sessions focus on the following topics:

  • Review of individual provider performance on the three hundred quality metrics which we track, audit and analyze.
  • To learn workflow methods for the sue of our EMR deployment
  • To learn the use of SETMA’s clinical decision support and disease management tools.
  • To learn more about Patient-Centered Medical Home
  • To review major advances in medicine such as the techniques of patient-centered conversation, patient activation and engagement, shared-decision making, etc.
  • To review important and major white papers about advancements in primary care.

It is our hope that this new section will make our website more useful to our colleagues around the country.
